  • Leader's Heart
  1. 1

Mark and Jim met in 2000 through a mutual friend. Since both are extremely interested in leadership and leadership development, they quickly developed a friendship. Mark invited Jim to lecture on Leadership in his Seminary classes and in the process Jim learned Mark’s exceptional 4R Transformational Leadership Model.

Along the way, Mark also introduced Jim to Strengths-Based Coaching. In January 2005, Mark and Jim incorporated JMark Partners LLC, a consulting company that focuses on Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Strengths-based Coaching, High-Performance Teams, Strategy and Culture Change.

In September, 2005, Mark, Jim and Jim Green teamed up to teach the first course in Bethel Seminary’s MBA program, “Values-Based Leadership.” They taught the course continually through the fall of 2013. Mark and Jim’s strengths complement each other in a way that enables them to deliver high quality products.
